Crunchy apple and Audace cream

Crema Croccante di Mele alla birra Audace


  • 4 apples Runsè (600 g)
  • 50 g butter
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml Audace
  • 80 gr almonds and hazelnuts

Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan until it becomes light brown, add the apples and sugar. Stir to melt and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beer and cook for 10-15 minutes on high heat so that it become syrupy. Turn off, let cool and blend everything getting a smooth cream.
Toast hazelnuts and almonds in a frying pan and chop coarsely with a knife.
Divide the apples and beer cream in two jars, complete with the crunchy nuts and serve as unusual snack or dessert.
